Christmas greetings,
I would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a
Fantastic New Year. Thank you so much for reading my blog, for all of your
engagement, ideas and feedback.
As we lead up to Christmas and hopefully all get some well
deserved rest before the New Year, I think it’s important to reflect and take
stock of our successes, failures and what we’ve learnt in the last 12 months.
All too often it’s all too easy to push on through and before we know it we’re
back on the treadmill and trying to catch up with where we left off.
Why not take 30 mins before you break for Xmas (even if
you’re not and are working through the Christmas holidays) and reflect on what
has happened this year:
What were your successes and what can you learn from them?
What were your failures and what can you learn from them?
What was your highlight of the year and how can you make
more highlights like that next year?
What has been your biggest strength this year? How can you
keep showing up with it next year?
What is one thing you’d like to work on for next year? What
will that do for you?
What’s one project you’d like to work on next year?
If you’re feeling brave – set yourself a challenge. “By the
end of 2023 I will have…….”

achieve.” Napoleon Hill
