The RAF’s Central Flying School is one of the most highly regarded training organisations in the world and the standard of Aircrew Instruction is second to none. I’m a qualified Trainer – Trainer, which means I teach and qualify other instructors. It’s important that instructors are properly trained and to a high level as they are the ones who set the standards and teach what will become the future of the company. If you don’t have a good level of instruction from your trainers it’s like building a house on shaky foundations. Instruction Training and Workshops will include things like – engaging adult learners, learning psychology, effective communication, body language and rapport, managing and supporting students, roles and responsibilities of an instructor, providing learning support, assessment and assurance, lesson structure and planning, self reflection and feedback and questioning technique.
