Being a Director, Executive or Leader is no easy business. Whilst they say the proverbial rolls down hill, the responsibility often takes the elevator up! If you’re in charge of personnel, resources and/or a company, there can be a lot of stress involved. There’s 101 things to think about and manage and you have to try and stay ahead of the game in an ever changing world which is evolving exponentially. When you’re so busy running and managing things it can be difficult to find ways to stay ahead and to step outside the box. It’s very easy to get tunnel vision or on the flipside to become a bit detached and not see things from the customer or employee perspective. That is where I come in!

I dedicate a lot of time to staying up to date with the latest theories, science, innovations and technology. I’m always challenging myself to think in new ways and learn new ideas and concepts. I read or listen to, on average, a book a week. I don’t say this to impress you, but rather to impress upon you the vast amount of knowledge and strategies I have to offer. I separate the wheat from the chaff in what I learn and pass on the powerful and game changing ideas to you. During our Coaching sessions we can delve into whatever is on your mind at that moment, be it – how to best manage and improve an underperforming team, how to best market a product, building user journeys, how to more effectively mange your time so your work day is optimised, reducing stress or finding new ways to deal with it, improving your work life balance, biohacking your health, improving your sleep, literally anything. Whatever it is that will improve your work, life and business I’ll be there to support you and help you reach your highest potential and tackle any areas you think need some attention. 

One thing I’m renowned for is my drive, energy, enthusiasm, motivation and passion. I will bring all of this with me every moment we are together and though I’m sure you already have all of these things yourself, it’s always nice to have another person like that around you who is like a battery pack you can recharge from. I truly believe the only limit to the possible is that which we create ourselves and every step of the way I’ll be helping drive you and support you towards attainment of your goals and desires.
